Beth Alford-Sullivan

Beth Alford-Sullivan serves as the Director of Let’s Go! Track and Field Camps. Alford-Sullivan created these camps and clinics to provide insightful knowledge and teaching to all things Track & Field. As the former 2004 Olympics Women’s Track & Field Coach, Alford-Sullivan has been able to coach over 300 NCAA All-Americans and has coached teams to 17 conference championships and 9 NCAA podium finishes.

Currently, Alford-Sullivan leds the University of Connecticut Track & Field program. In three years, the Huskies have won 12 BIG EAST Team Championships, led by well over 100 individual BIG EAST Champions. Recently, Alford-Sullivan was recognized for the Huskies’ success when tabbed as both the 2025 and 2024 USTFCCCA Northeast Regional Indoor Men’s Coach of the Year. Within this three-year span, she has coached 12 student-athletes to NCAA National Championship appearances.

Alford-Sullivan and her staff have won 10 BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year awards.
